Instead of just searching for homes, agents can input their buyers' specific needs and let SoldMates match them with suitable listings. This approach ensures that homes are being connected to real buyers actively looking, rather than just being placed on a listing database.
Is Soldmates available nationwide?
Currently, Soldmates is exclusively available in Idaho. This allows us to focus on building the best experience for realtors in the Idaho market before expanding to other states. We're committed to understanding the unique needs of each real estate market we serve.
How much does Soldmates cost?

How does Soldmates help me sell listings faster?
Soldmates gives you access to a network of active buyers through their agents. Instead of waiting for the right buyer to find your listing, you can proactively search for buyers whose needs match your property. Our Smart Search algorithm helps you find creative matches that might not be obvious through traditional MLS searches.
How do I start a Smart Search?
After creating your account, you can input your listing details including price range, location, property features, and other criteria. Our system will then match your listing with buyer profiles in our database, showing you potential matches ranked by compatibility.
Can I see the names of potential buyers?
To protect privacy, you won't see the names of potential buyers directly. Instead, you'll connect with their buyer's agent who represents them. This maintains confidentiality while still allowing you to reach qualified buyers through their agents.
For Buyers Agents
How do I add my buyers to Soldmates?
After creating your account, you can add buyer profiles by entering their property requirements, including price range, desired locations, must-have features, and timeline for purchase. You canmanage multiple buyer profiles from your dashboard.
Is my buyers' information kept confidential?
Yes, your clients' personal information is kept confidential. Listing agents will only see the property requirements and preferences, not the names or contact information of your buyers. All communication happens through you as the buyer's agent.
How will I be notified of potential matches?
When a listing agent finds a potential match with one of your buyers, listing agents can contact you directly with the information you've entered into your profile. You can then review the listing details and decide if it's worth presenting to your client.
Will listing agents have access to my buyers directly?
No. On SoldMates, buyers' names are only visible to their representing agents. Listing agents will see the buyer's needs and preferences but will not have direct access to the buyer's identity or contact information. All communication happens agent-to-agent, ensuring your client relationships are protected.

SoldMates was founded by Brooke Hall, a licensed Realtor in Idaho who saw a need for better tools to connect listings with buyers, and her nephew, Isaias Hunter, an expert in AI-driven web development and CRM automation with a passion for real estate.
